bubbles and a film camera

There is something so magical, so refeshing about developing film photographs in a dark room. I always feel like I've gone back to the 70s or 80s. I spent four hours on Friday, (partly because I was enjoying it and partly because the deadline was by the end of that day) developing photo after photo and inhaling the heavy fumes of the chemicals.  This time it was for the first shoot of my Unit 2 AS Photography project, the theme being "covert and obscure". These are a few of what I managed to get, going with the idea of mixing bubbles/dreams/nature and misty daylight. I love how dreamy the photos came out- exactly what I intended. It's funny though because the model I used was my cousin, who is the absolute depiction of a 'bubbly' person, and unintentionally the photographs mirror her personality in one shot. One being that her personality is so bubbly but two being that 95% of the time she is most definitely in her own little bubble..
